Limitless Roofing Solutions provides AI-powered SMS automation systems built on GoHighLevel for Texas roofing companies. Our services include automated lead response, missed-call text-back, insurance claims pipeline management, appointment scheduling, reputation management, and centralized automation solutions.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for roofing companies and related businesses operating in the State of Texas. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account with us (e.g., on our GoHighLevel platform), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

Our service plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Limitless Roofing Solutions to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in a separate written agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, automation workflows, branding, and software provided by Limitless Roofing Solutions are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages through our platform
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use our automation systems to send messages to individuals who have not opted in
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Limitless Roofing Solutions does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Roofing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Roofing Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. SMS / Text Message Terms

10.1 Program Name and Description

The SMS program is operated by Limitless Roofing Solutions ("the Program"). The Program sends transactional and promotional text messages related to roofing service inquiries, appointments, estimates, project updates, follow-ups, and periodic promotional offers to users who have opted in.

10.2 Consent

By checking the opt-in box on our web form or booking widget, or by providing your mobile number to us in any other opt-in context, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Limitless Roofing Solutions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

10.3 Message Types

Messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Service updates and job status notifications
• Follow-up communications after consultations
• Estimates and quote notifications

10.8 No Third-Party Sharing

Limitless Roofing Solutions does not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

10.9 Supported Carriers

The Program is available on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10.10 Privacy

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.11 Compliance

The Program complies with CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@limitlessroofingsolutions.com.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hays County, Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
